Lesson cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed classes without prior notice will be considered completed lessons.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the school’s refund policy.
Administrative or registration charges are non-refundable.
Students must:

Carry valid identification and learner license during training.
Maintain discipline and respectful behavior.
Avoid alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances before lessons.
Failure to follow rules may result in suspension without refund.
Training vehicles are fully maintained and insured.
Instructor assignment may change based on availability.
The school is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues beyond control.
The driving school may assist in license application procedures.
Final approval of driving license depends solely on the Regional Transport Office (RTO) authority.
The school does not guarantee license approval.
Students must follow all traffic laws during training.
The driving school is not liable for accidents caused due to student negligence or violation of instructions.
Any intentional damage caused by the student may be chargeable.
Lesson rescheduling is subject to instructor and vehicle availability.
Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of remaining sessions.
Login credentials must be kept confidential.
Students must not misuse online learning materials.
Unauthorized sharing of course content is prohibited.
